Note:- Participants have 120 Days from 1 January To 30 April 2024.

          To complete there challenge Category For Eg. (If you Participant in CAC 100 Days Gold WORKOUT  Challenge have to do minimum 80 days Minimum 30+ Minutes Any WORKOUT to complete the challenge. Same for Workout Also)

WORKOUT Challenge(Minimum 30+ Minutes Workout Every day)

All Types Of workout Activities are considered like. (GYM, On Ground, Indoor, Outdoor, Different types of outdoor sports, Body Weight Workout and many more) 

  • CAC 100 days Silver Workout challenge= Minimum 60 Days Workout .
  • CAC 100 days Gold Workout challenge= Minimum 80 Days Workout .
  • CAC 100 days Platinum Workout challenge= Minimum 100 Days Workout .


  • E-certificate & Flyer (Download from website
  • Medal  (will be send by courier)
  • T-shirt (will be send by courier)

How to participate:-

1) register on link given above

2) fill all the details in the registration form.

3) select the Yoga And Workout Challenge category(Days) in the form.

Complete that challenge on (1 January To 30 April 2024) 

4) record your activities in any fitness tracking app like STRAVA, or any other.

please follow following steps to submit your activity and download your flyer and e-certificate.

1. Please register(SIGN UP) yourself on our website

{Note:- After Sign Up you will receive account verification email on your respective email address to verify your account. Click on Verify Account button to verify your account and then Login}

2. Activate your particular challenge from My Profile >MY EVENTS > 100 Days Challenge >CAC 100 DAYS CHALLENGE(Your Particular Challenge) & submitting screenshot of your registration ticket.

3. Submit your activities and complete your event


For Manual Activity Submission:- Take A Selfie after Yoga or Workout (with date in Image) And Submit in my activities in your profile.

(ONLY FOR STRAVA USERS:- Connect your STRAVA with your profile for automatic activity submission. Select activity type Workout in STRAVA and do your activity. once you finish your workout save it. )

{Note:- after submitting your activities or event activation ticket it will take some time to approved by our team. Before the end of the day it will be approved.}
